Indo-Iranian Federation

Loosely based on my most recent game of Victoria II. The anchor country here, as indicated by the coloring of borders, is Panjab, aka the "Sikh Empire", a nation that readily adopted a military-industrial complex in order to build its strength beyond its own borders, subjugating Persia and Afghanistan and leading campaigns into the Arabian Peninsula before taking advantage of the Sepoy Rebellion to launch its most ambitious attempt yet: the expulsion of Britain from India, which by a miracle of tactical strategy they managed to set in motion by the addition of Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujara, Nepal, and Sikkim to its Federation, resulting in a chain reaction that saw the British Empire completely collapse in India, severely wounding the British Empire politically, militarily, economically, and humiliating it in the eyes of the world. By 1900, the British Empire, having lost its crown jewel, is floundering to maintain control over a smaller empire in Africa, lagging behind the French Empire, German Empire, and the Russian Empire, while the "Indo-Iranian Federation" reigns triumphant in the subcontinent, formed of nations that have all bowed to Lahore.
